Good sleep is everything
Such a reduction in alertness and subsequent reduction in physical and mental performance has implications not just for ourselves but also those around us. Just think how many automobile fatalities alone could be saved if we all got a good night’s sleep. So just get yourself a good pillow that you need for a good rest.
The main thing to focus on when finding the right pillow is making sure your neck stays in a neutral position throughout the night and is not flexed either way. If you are primarily a stomach sleeper, your head will unfortunately always be turned one way or the other. If this is the case, make sure your pillow is a low one. A good tip for stomach sleepers who would like to change to a side or back sleeper is to tape a golf ball or tennis ball on to your chest. This will make sure you do not roll on to your stomach during your sleep.
